Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit. Please see below for more information on our refund/return policy.

To start a return, you can contact us at with the following information within seven (7) days from receiving your order:

2. The item(s) you wish to return

All returned items must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed & unaltered & in its original condition, with its tags attached & intact, and in its original packaging.

If not, we will not hesitate to reject your return request.

Upon our written confirmation that your item(s) is eligible for return, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your returned item(s).

Returned item(s) must only be sent to us via registered / traceable postage (e.g. courier, etc.) with the cost being borne by the customer who raised the return request. We will not be liable for any lost mails in transit as well.

All items must be mailed out to us within 7 days of our confirmation email.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item(s) to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

We will conduct stringent checks on the items returned. Once we accept your returned item(s), we will provide store credits equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item back into your account, valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

We strictly do not provide cash refunds for normal returns and store credits are non-extendable and non-transferable.

When you use store credits to pay for a NEW order, the apparel purchased will not be eligible for further RETURNS & REFUNDS, as we do not allow the “recycling” of store credits. Also, if the order has more than 1 apparel purchased, the apparel of lowest value would be not eligible for further RETURNS & REFUNDS.

In the event, the customer has mailed out a return parcel that is not eligible for returns, the customer will be required to bear the postage fees to return the parcel back to them. LaineCurve Singapore will not be responsible for the costs of returning the parcel to the customer. Should such parcels not be claimed, they will be disposed off in 60 days upon us receiving the customer’s return parcel.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale/discounted items or gift cards.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you had received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We sincerely apologise for any manufacturing defects in the items sent, or any incorrect items sent to you. The replacement piece in the same size & colour will be exchanged with you and the postage costs incurred in the process will be borne by us.

In the event where the replacement item is sold out/unavailable in your size & colour, we will provide a refund for the item(s) back to you via the original payment method that you used to make payment for the order initially.

Incorrect items have to be in their original condition - packed in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact so as to be eligible for return. 

We only accept manufacturing defects which refer to defects resulted during the mass production process and is present upon receiving them.

The below listed are not considered defects and therefore, not eligible for returns.

- Difference in measurements by 0.5cm to 2.5cm due to mass production.

- Slight difference in item colour due to strong studio lighting/inevitable discrepancies arising from individual computer resolutions.

- Items with minute imperfections such as crease marks, minor misprint due to mass production, loose threads, small thread bumps, slight stains within the size of 1cm, are not considered defects, as long as they do not affect the overall look and functionality of the item.

- Variation in prints placement. Due to prints placement variation, customers should not expect to receive an exact same piece as the product image, as we cannot guarantee a specific print placement. Thus, Prints placement variation is not considered a defect.


We do not provide exchanges whether it is for different sizes/colour/style. However, you may request to return the item(s) that you are not satisfied with by starting a return request via email at within seven (7) days from receiving your order. (PLEASE REFER TO RETURNS & PROCESS AS STATED ABOVE)

We will then issue you store credits for your eligible return and you may then use the store credits to make a new order for another item or size of your choice.  

The following items cannot be returned:

- Sales items that have been marked down from the Original Sale Price i.e. from our SALE page as well.

- Items that have been altered, washed, with the tags detached and without its original packaging.

- Accessories (Hairbands, Scrunchies, etc.)

- Item(s) which were purchased with a gift card.
