Orders & Payment

Yes you do! Please sign up for an account with your e-mail address to shop with us.

We're sorry but all confirmed orders placed online are final and will not be allowed for cancellation.

Do make sure to check your order before checking out to ensure there's no error in your order.

We're sorry but we are unable to amend or combine orders after the confirmed order is made.

Please ensure that you have all your wanted items in the same cart before checking out.

Also, we are unable to add in your discount code &/ store credits code if you did not input it into your order during the checkout process.

Please ensure that you have done so before confirming your order in the check out process.

We accept payments via Credit Card, Paypal, Paynow, ShopPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Also, we do not provide a CASH ON DELIVERY payment method.

Store Credits issued by us would be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Store credits are non-extendable and non-transferable.

Items with a (BACKORDER) listed in their product title means that the item is a pre-order. Payment is received first and the item on backorder is sent out only when we have received the stock from our suppliers.

Backorders usually take 4 to 8 weeks to be fulfilled, please do not cart out a backordered item with a ready stocked item, as the order will only be fulfilled when the backordered item is available for fulfillment of orders.

Digital Gift Cards have a 6 Months Expiry from the date of purchase.

The Digital Gift Card would be sent to the buyer's email address.

There would not be a physical card sent to you.

Digital Gift Card Codes cannot be combined with other discount codes.

ALL Orders made with Digital Gift Card codes are not eligible for returns & refunds.
